冠心康抗心肌缺血的实验观察

摘　　要：目的：观察冠心康对缺血心肌的保护作用。方法：采用常压耐缺氧小鼠存活时间、夹闭小鼠气管心电消失时间、垂体后叶素和异丙肾上腺素引起大鼠心肌缺血等方法。结果：不同剂量的冠心康能延长缺氧小鼠存活时间，并能改变缺血心肌的心电图，与生理盐水比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：冠心康对心肌缺血有保护作用。Objective:To observe protective effect of guanxinkang on myocardial ischemia.Methods:The mean survival time of hypoxia under ordinary pressure,the disappearance time of electrocardiographic sign after clamping the trachea in mice,and the experimental myocardial ischemia were tested in rats induced by injecting pituitrin or isoprenaline.Results:Guanxinkang of various dosage could prolong the survival time in hypoxia and vary electrocardiographic pattern caused by myocardial ischemia,as compared with normal saline control group,the differences were significant between these two groups( P <0.01).Conclusions:The results show that guanxinkang has protective action on myocardial anoxia and ischemia.
