摘  要:以天然物质壳聚糖和阳离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为基本原料,通过接枝反应,得到改性壳聚糖絮凝剂(CAM),对壳聚糖接枝产物的结构、Zeta电位、pH适应性等进行了分析,并通过对啤酒厂实际生产废水的絮凝试验分析表明,当絮凝剂用量为30mg·L-1时,除浊率可达90%以上,沉降速度可达0.55cm·s-1,COD去除率高于95%,絮凝效果明显优于CTS和PFS。The chitosan and the cationic monomer (2-methacryloyloxyethyl) trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) were modified by graft copolymerization reaction to prepare a high effective fashion flocculants (CAM). The product structure of graft copolymerization for chitosan and DMC, the Zeta potential, the adaptability analysis ofpH values, and so on ,would be discussed in the study, and through flocculants tests on the brewery wastewater, the results showed that when the dosage of CAM was 30 mg. L^-1, the removal rate of turbidity reached over 90%, the settling velocity was up to 0.55 cm. s^-1, the removal rate of COD was over 95%, the floccutation performance of CAM was superior to that of chitosan and PFS.
