摘　　要：YB55包装机的透明纸拼接装置为手动式,需上游ZB45硬盒包装主机停机才能满足YB55透明纸手动拼接的时间要求,影响设备有效作业率。为此,设计了一套气动式透明纸自动拼接装置。该装置采用PLC可编程序控制器进行控制,电磁阀控制气动拼接动作,V/F模块使ZB45降到拼接时速度。气动式透明纸自动拼接装置经过实际应用,运行稳定,设备有效作业率由78.2%提高到82.5%,万支卷烟消耗透明纸由0.206kg下降到0.202kg,透明纸拼接过程由原来的2min减少到不到40s,同时还减小了操作人员的工作量。In YB 55 packer the film splicing device was manually operated, the upstream machine, ZB45 hard packet packer, had to be stopped to allow film splicing operation, it caused efficiency loss. An automatic pneumatic film splicer with PLC controller was developed. An electromagnetic valve was used to control the action of pneumatic splicing, V/F module to slow down ZB45 to the speed of splicing. The practical application indicated that the machine ran steadily, its operation efficiency raised from 78.2% to 82.5% , the film consumption per 10000 cigarettes decreased from 0. 206 kg to 0. 202 kg, the time needed for each film splicing reduced from 2 minutes to less than 40 seconds, and the operational work was reduced accordingly.
