摘　　要：目的：探讨腰椎后缘软骨结节的Ｘ线表现和平片对其显示能力。方法：回顾性分析了３９例腰椎后缘软骨结节的Ｘ线表现。结果：软骨结节表现为椎体后上或后下部局限性骨缺损或局部骨密度较低、椎体上缘或下缘后部轻度弧形凹陷或椎体后缘局限性缺如；软骨结节的骨性后壁表现为椎体后缘上部或下部后突或椎管内游离状骨块。结论：平片能显示多数腰椎后缘软骨结节。Objective:To explore the radiological manifestations of lumbar posterior marginal intraosseous cartilaginous node (LPMN)and the ability of radiograph in showing LPMN.Methods:The radiological manifestations of 39 cases with LPMN were retrospectively analysed.Results:The radiological manifestations of cartilaginous nodes included:a defect or lower density in the posterior superior(or inferior)part of the affected vertebral body,light sunken of the posterior part of the superior or inferior margin and partial defect of the posterior superior(or inferior)margin of the affected vertebral body.The radiological manifestations of the bony posterior wall of the cartilaginous nodes were that posterior protrusion of the superior or inferior part of the posterior margin of the affected vertebral body or a dissociative bone fragment in the vertebral canal.Conclusion:LPMN can be mostly showed by radiography.
