摘　　要：通过对塑件上留存的痕迹进行辩别和分析,结合多年从事塑件成型的实践经验,可以判断塑件缺陷产生的原因,提出相应的改进措施,通过更改塑件材质、调整注射工艺参数、改进模具结构等方法,消除或改善塑件成型缺陷,生产出满足质量要求的塑件。The reason of defects in plastic components can be decided according to the analysis on the defect appearance and practical experiences. Then relevant improvement measures involving the change of materials, the adjustment of injection molding parameters and mould structure were proposed in which the qualified plastic components were produced.
