摘  要:为解决大型汽轮发电机组轴系热态标高变化测量问题,开发了基于激光和PSD技术的轴系标高测试系统.介绍了轴承标高测量原理和PSD工作原理,分析了影响标高测量精度的因素,提出了相应的解决办法,并给出了性能测试数据及应用实例.实测结果表明:系统分辨率为1μm,测量精度为15μm,能连续在线同时监测大型汽轮发电机组各轴承绝对标高和相对标高变化;现场实测数据稳定、可靠,可为振动故障诊断提供依据,为轴系标高调整提供参考.To solve the measurement problem of shafting elevation variation under thermal state in large turbo-generator unit, a test system of shafting elevation based on the technique of laser and PSD was developed. The bearing elevation measurement principle, as well as the operation principle of PSD was introduced, the factors affecting elevation measurement accuracy were analyzed, the corresponding solution method was put forward, and the performance test data and examples of application were given. Results show that the resolution and accuracy of the system are 1μm and 15μm respectively, and the system can continuously and simultaneously measure the changes of bearing absolute elevation and relative elevation on-line. The field test data is stable and reliable, it can provide basis for vibration fault diagnose and reference for shafting elevation adjustment.
