摘　　要：本文对APEC气候变化合作的背景、发展、意义和前景进行了政治经济分析,着重阐释了美国气候政策的调整及其对APEC气候变化合作的影响。在此基础上,本文指出了中国参与APEC气候变化合作的必要性,并提出相应的对策建议。This paper makes a political and economic analysis on the background, development, significance and prospect of APEC＇s Climate Change cooperation, and in particular analyzes the adjustment of the climate policies of the United States as well as its influence to APEC＇s Climate Change cooperation. The paper also indicates the necessity of China＇s participation into APEC＇s Climate Change cooperation and proposes related policy recommendations.
