摘　　要：以我国和其他产煤国的煤炭科技投入为研究对象,从煤炭科技投入渠道、科技投入实践、科技成果转化等方面,对国内外煤炭科技投入管理进行了阐述和比较分析,为决策者合理配置煤炭科技资源,提高使用效率,促进科技成果转化成功,提高我国煤炭产业的整体竞争优势提供借鉴。To take scientific and technological input of coal in China and other coal - producing countries as object of study, from three aspects that the coal industry science and technology input channels, practice and achievements transformation, to described and comparative the scientific and technological input management of domestic and forrigns. To make reference for policy - makers in rational allocation of coal science and technology resources, improve the efficiency of resource use, promot the scientific and technological achievements transformation successful, and to raise the coal industry＇ s overall competitive advantage of our country.
