摘　　要：文章从支持产妇需要、产前准备、产后早接触早吸吮、产后乳房护理、母乳喂养姿势以及建立需要性哺乳等方面提出了预防产后急性乳腺炎的具体措施。This paper rahed the prevention measures of acute mastiffs of post partum from the following aspects： needs of pregnant women, pregwation of ante partum, early contact, sucking and breast care of post partum, breast feeding posture and needs lactation and so on.
