PDCA循环在护理病历管理中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：运用PDCA循环，提高护理病历管理质量。方法：采用随机对照的方法，选取90例痔漏手术住院患者护理病历，分为两组，每组45例，出院后按甲、乙、丙级评定护理病历，结果采用潞12．0进行统计分析。结果：试验组甲级护理病历占95．56％，乙级4．44％，丙级0．00％；对照组分别占84．44％、11．11％、4．44％。组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：运用PDCA循环后，提高了护理病历的管理质量，提高了工作效率。Objective： To raise the management quality of nursing history by PDCA circle. Methods： Collect the nursing history of 90 cases of patients with Anus Fistula and divide them into two groups randomly. Assess the nursing history after these patients left hospital by A, B, C three ranks. Results： A, B and C in the experiment group took up 95.56 %, 4.44 % and 0.00 % respectively. A, B and C in the control group took up 84.44%, 11.11% and 4.44% respectively. There were statistical significance between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The application of PDCA circle raises the management quality and work efficiency of nursing history.
