摘 要:目的:通过制作一种打击器,建立标准大鼠股骨闭合骨折模型。方法:对36只雄性SD大鼠左侧股骨行髓内逆行克氏针内固定,然后使用自行设计的打击器造成股骨中段闭合骨折,分别于骨折后1、4、8周处死大鼠取股骨标本,通过X线、组织学检查观察骨折类型、移位程度以及骨折的愈合情况。结果:术后X线证实31只为无明显移位的横行或短斜型骨折,占总例数的86.1%。组织学检查显示骨折呈典型的二期愈合过程。结论:通过自行设计的打击器制作的标准闭合骨折模型应用简便、成功率高、重复性好,能最大限度减少外来因素对骨折的影响,符合标准闭合骨折模型的要求。Objective: To develop a standard closed experimental fracture of femur in rats by designing a device. Methods: First, the left femur was treated with retrograde Kirschner wire in 36 SD rats. The femoral diaphysis was then fractured by a fracture apparatus designed by ourselves. At 1,4,8 weeks after operation,12 animals were sacrificed respectively. Fracture patterns, displacement and fiacture healing were assessed by X-ray and histological test. Results: X-ray picture revealed that this device resulted in a highly reproducible transverse or short-oblique fracture and no obvious displacement, accounting for 86.1% of all fractures. Histologically, lhere was a typical fracture union by secondary intention. Conclusions: The apparatus is simple, and with it a highly reproducible and less external factors influenced standard closed fracture model is established.
