摘 要:可瓷化高分子复合材料是一种新型防火材料,是在含硅的高分子(如硅橡胶)基体中加入粘土类矿物粉末填料、结构控制剂以及其它助剂制备而成的。这种复合材料在室温下具有普通电线/电缆绝缘层材料的性质,遇高温燃烧时形成坚硬的陶瓷保护层,可以起到隔绝火焰和防火的作用。该文系统阐述可瓷化高分子复合防火材料的特性、防火机理及制备的研究进展,指出通过对有机硅补强、粘土矿物改性以及制备工艺的研究,提高可瓷化高分子复合防火材料的性能,实现其低成本工业化生产是今后主要的发展方向。A new fireproof composite of ceramifiable polymer has been produced at home and abroad by incorporating clay mineral filler, structure-controlled agent and other additives into silicone polymer matrix (such as silicone rubber). The behaviors of ceramifiable polymer are similar as normal cable materials or rubbers at room temperature, but it can form a rigid ceramic protective layer when firing at high temperature. The protective layer plays an important role in cutting off the flame and securing electrical conduction. The present paper has reviewed the research progress on characteristics, fireproof mechanisms and fabrication technologies of ceramifiable polymer systematically and then pointed out that improving the anti-fire properties of ceramifiable polymer fireproof composite through changing the incorporating clay mineral filler and structure-controlled agent as well as optimizing the fabrication technology is the major development direction in the future.
