石油模块钻机用升降机的研制

摘　　要：现有模块钻机钻井作业时,井架专职人员需频繁上下二层台、井架等处,不仅存在一定危险,而且费时费力,为此,研制了适用于不同石油模块钻机井架、底座形式的升降机。采用防爆设备、各类安全装置、稳定性可靠的导轨架等措施保障升降机使用的安全性。现场应用表明,该升降机运行正常,具有效率高、性能稳定、维护简单、安全可靠等特点,显著减轻了操作人员的工作强度,是井队人员上下井架模式的一次突破。Considering the problems that the full-time derrick personnel have to go up and down the working platform frequently in current modular rig operation and it is not only dangerous but also time-and energy-consuming,the elevator was developed for different modular rig derricks and substructure forms.Adoption of explosion-proof equipment,various safety devices and rail brackets with reliable stability ensures the safety in use of the elevator.The field application shows that the elevator works properly,effectively and stably.It is easy to maintain,and safe and reliable to use,and can reduce the working strength of operators noticeably.
