摘  要:针对常规有杆泵在大斜度井中举升时,存在偏磨导致管杆断脱严重、杆柱下行阻力大和泵效低的问题,开发了新型有杆泵抽油配套技术。该配套技术采用偏置阀式抽油泵、钢质连续抽油杆和旋转井口装置等部件,并配套组成了大斜度井有杆泵举升工艺管柱。经500余口井的现场应用表明,采用该配套技术,平均泵效比常规抽油泵提高了5%~10%,检泵周期延长6月以上,举升效果明显。In light of the problem that the lift of the conventional sucker rod pump in high-angle wells gives rise to eccentric wear which will cause the serious parting of the rod,much resistance for the rod string to go down and low pump efficiency,a kind of new-type matching technology for sucker rod pump was developed.The technology adopts biased-valve oil well pump,coiled steel rod and rotary wellhead parts,which form the technological pipe string for the lift of the sucker rod pump in highly-deviated wells.The field application in over 500 wells shows that the matching technology can improve average pump efficiency by 5%~10%,compared with that of ordinary oil well pumps.The pump inspection cycle is lengthened over 6 months.The lifting effect is obvious.
