摘 要:利用自行设计的试验台,采用Coats-Redfern方法使用多种反应机理进行拟合,得出了描述大物料量污泥燃烧的最适机理并给出了合理的解释;考察了含水率、粒径对大物料量污泥燃烧特性的影响,并对其反应的表观动力学参数进行了计算;同时在热分析仪上进行了微量物料污泥燃烧的对比实验,获得了微量污泥燃烧的热重曲线,并将二者的燃烧特性进行了对比分析.结果表明,二者存在显著的差异.Combustion mechanism of massive sewage sludge sample and its apparent kinetic characteristics are mainly studied by using a self-designed experimental device. The optimum combustion mechanism of large-scale sewage sludge with rational explanation is concluded by fitting many reaction mechanisms with the Coats-Redfern method. The effects of water content and sample particle diameter on massive sludge sample combustion characteristics are analyzed through experiments. By using the optimum mechanism function obtained, the kinetic parameters are calculated. At the same time, comparison experiments are done on a differential thermal balance, and the thermogravimetric analysis curves of combustion of small-scale sludge are obtained. The comparison between and the analysis of the weightloss curves obtained from the two experiments are made, and the results suggest that the combustion characteristics of massive-scale sewage sludge are significantly different from those of small-scale sewage sludge.
