摘　　要：大学生就业心理问题,已成为影响高职高专毕业生顺利就业的一个重要因素,因此正确分析大学生就业心理问题,并针对这些问题和大学生心理变化特点,采取积极有效的措施。本文对高职高专院校学生就业心理问题及其成因进行了论述,并提出了相应对策,以期为学生克服就业心理问题提供参考。Employment psychological problems of college students have been a major factor affecting higher vocational college students＇ employment. Therefore we must analyze the employment psychological problems faced by college students. Aiming at these problems and psychological changes we should carry out active and effective measures. The thesis copes with the employment psychological problems of higher vocational college students and the causes for the problems together with the corresponding countermeasures, in the hope of providing reference for college students to overcome the employment psychological problems.
