邓小平人权思想及其对完善我国人权宪法保障制度的启示

摘　　要：人权宪法保障制度的建立和完善,不是一个简单的法律问题,必须在正确理论的指引下,充分考虑特定国家政治历史文化传统的基础上进行,否则就会失去生命力,本文在全面分析邓小平人权思想基本内涵的基础上,提出完善我国的人权宪法保障制度必须坚持正确的指导理论——马克思主义,同时亦必须坚持正确道路——社会主义道路,只有这样我国人民的各项权利才能得到切实保障。The establishment and improvement of constitutional safeguard system of human right is not an ordinary legal issue, which must, under the guidance of correct theories, take into account the political, historical, cultural traditions of a specific country. Based on an analysis of the basic intension of Deng Xiaoping＇s human right thinking, this article holds that it is a must to adhere to correct guiding theories-Marxism and adhere to correct ways-socialism in improving China＇s constitutional safeguard system of human right, which is the only safeguard of Chinese people＇s human rights.
