摘 要:该文提出了化工过程仿真培训系统的单元过程多模型集成方法,用有限状态自动机控制的集成多模型描述方法,描述了化工过程仿真培训系统的单元过程模型。进而讨论了对集成的多模型进行仿真的方法,提出了状态转换的监测与协调算法。把引发状态转换的事件分为四类:数据通讯、教师台操作等系统事件;外部操作;发生时间可预先确定的显式事件;由工艺参数和/或控制信号的变化引发的,发生时间不能预先确定的隐式事件。分别讨论各类事件在仿真中的处理方法。The integration methods of the unit operation multi-models for the chemical industrial process operator training simulators are proposed in this paper. The Finite State Automata (FSA) controlled integrated multi models specification is used to describe the unit operation models in the chemical industrial process operator training simulators. Furthermore, the simulation methods using state transitions' supervision and coordination algorithms for the integrated multi models are discussed. The events causing state transitions are classified as four classes: System Event, which includes data communication and command from teacher's station; External Operation; Explicit Event, whose happening time can be determined as prior; Implicit Event, which is caused by the changes of technological parameters and/or control signals and whose happening time can NOT be determined as prior. The handling methods of each class of event are described.
