摘　　要：近几年,伴随我国履行加入世界贸易组织的各项承诺,服务领域对外开放步伐加快,作为服务业之一的物流业发展也面临着挑战。山东省作为一个经济大省,物流业发展处于初级阶段,研究如何加快物流业发展对于提升山东省经济实力、推动比较优势向竞争优势的转化、增强国际竞争力有着重要意义。在SWOT分析基础上,本文根据山东省物流业的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和威胁,提出发展战略。Along with meeting commitments for entering WTO, pace of openning to the outside world in service trade quickened. As one of the service trade, logistics industry is facing challenges. Shandong province is a major economic province; its logistics industry is still in an early stage of development. The study of speeding up logistics industry is of paramount importance to the promotion of economic strength, transferring comparative advantages to competitive advantages and enhan- cing international competition ability. By SWOT analysis, this article brings forward cerebration of development strategy based on the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats that the logistics industry of Shandong is facing.
