摘　　要：引入了关键连思想对工程项目进度延迟的原因进行了分析,将关键连技术应用到流水作业中,使在资源限制条件下工程进度的延迟问题得到改善,并以主体工程为例,对这种方法进行了具体说明。The introduction of even thinking of the key reasons for the delay the progress of the project carried out an analysis of the key connection technology will be applied to the assembly line,allowing the resource constraints under the conditions of the problem of delays the progress of improvement,and to the main project as an example,right this method in detail.
