基于PSR模型的城市土地集约利用空间差异分析——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：构建基于"压力—状态—响应"PSR模型的江苏省城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用主成分分析方法,对江苏省城市土地集约利用水平进行空间差异分析。研究结果表明,在紧扣城市土地集约利用内涵的基础上,依据城市人地关系的PSR模型构建评价指标体系是可行的,江苏省城市土地集约利用度空间差异形成的主要影响因素是各城市区位条件与经济发展水平,并且这种空间差异分布由南向北依次形成苏南、苏中、苏北3个梯度带,与江苏省各城市的区位条件以及经济发展水平基本相符。图1,表4,参15。In this paper, we have established urban land intensive use index appraisal system of Jiangsu province based on PSR model and the method of principal component analysis has been adopted to appraise the urban land intensive use of 13 cities in Jiangsu province . The research results have showed that the urban land intensive use index appraisal system of Jiangsu province based on PSR model is feasible according to the conception of urban land intensive use. The spatial difference of urban land intensive use of Jiangsu province is caused by the location and economic development level of 13 cities of Jiangsu province, and the urban land intensive use is distributed as ladder in the spatial of Jiangsu province, and there are three ladders from south to north ： south, center and north of Jiangsu province. The result of spatial difference of urban land intensive use of Jiangsu province is corresponding with the location and economic development level of 13 cities of Jiangsu province.
