摘　　要：介绍了某硫酸厂转化系统的Φ4 000 mm换热器的结构和工况,给出了改造方案,通过选择合适的焊接方法,采用手工电弧焊,表面渗铝处理换热器列管,抗氧化、耐腐蚀、耐高温,使用效果好。The struction and work situation of surface treatment of aluminum heat exchanger tubes was introduced,the reform case was given in detail,accoring to using manual electric arc welding,the reform method has gotten a good result of anti-oxidation,corrosion-resistance,high temperature resistant,and a better using effect.
