摘  要:差异沉降是导致基础内力和上部结构应次力增大、板厚与配筋增加的根源所在。因此,保证建筑物基础的差异沉降为零才是建筑物基础乃至上部结构保持最优状态的根本。广义复合桩基理论既延续了常规复合桩基的设计思想,又是常规复合桩基内涵的进一步拓展和延伸,代表了当今建筑物差异沉降控制领域的最近研究成果和科研进展。The existence of differential settlement is the reason to increase the stress of foundations and upper buildings, and to increase the thickness of floors and amount of re-bars. Thus, to guarantee no differential settlement of the architecture foundation is the fundamental to keep the best state of the foundation and even the upper building. The general composite piled foundation tneotory, which represents the latest research status and development in the field of controlling differential settlement on modem architectures, not only continues the normal composite piled foundation design thought, further develops and extends its content.
