高效液相色谱法测定丁硼乳膏中丁香酚的含量

摘　　要：目的建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定丁硼乳膏中丁香酚含量的方法。方法采用安捷伦Zorbax SB C18,（4.6mm×150mm×5μm）为色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相甲醇∶水=65∶35;检测波长280nm;流速1mL.min^-1;进样5μL。结果样品中丁香酚在0.056mg.mL^-1-0.226mg.mL^-1范围内线性关系良好且完全分离,加样平均回收率为98.3%（n=6）RSD=0.76%。结论该法简便快速,结果准确,可作为该制剂中丁香酚的控制质量。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of eugenol in Dingpeng cream ingredients method.METHODS Agilent Zorbax SB C18,（4.6mm ×150mm×5μm） column was used,column temperature 30℃,mobile phase methanol∶water=65∶35;detection wavelength was 280nm;the flow rate 1mL·min^-1,injection volume was 5μL.RESULTS Eugenol has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.056mg·mL^-1-0.226mg·mL^-1,and completely separated from the sample average recovery was 98.3%（n=6） RSD=0.76%.CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate, can be used for the control of the quality of eugenol.
