摘　　要：从房地产行业与城市规划之间的关系入手,分析了行业发展过程中面临的主要问题,探讨了如何利用城市规划的管理和技术手段,引导和调控房地产开发建设,使房地产业与城市规划能健康协调发展。From the relationship between the industry of real estate and the urban planning,the paper analyzes the main problems in the process of industrial development,explores how to utilize the management and technological methods of urban planning,and directs and controls the construction of the real estate development,so as to have a coordinative and healthy development for the real estate industry and urban planning.
