摘  要:利用不同浓度沼液对番茄幼苗进行叶面喷施,结果表明:当沼液浓度分别为50%、75%和100%时,与对照比较,可明显降低番茄苗期病情指数,抑制番茄叶霉病原菌孢子的萌发率,提高叶片的叶绿素含量;同时还可降低番茄过氧化物酶活性外渗电导率,而25%的沼液浓度,效果不明显。说明沼液浓度过低,防病效果降低。The present experiment was done to verify effect of leaf spray application of anaerobic processed liquid livestock manures against cucumber downy mildew. These diseases were inoculated in plant. There are five treatments including four different concentration of anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures (100%,75%,50%,25%) and control (water).Resuh was shown that anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures of concentration above 50%can effectively inhibited cucumber downy mildew. However, inhibitory effect of 25% treatment is not obvious and is hardly equal with control.
