摘　　要：当前,农业物流人才匮乏,是制约农产品流通效率不断提高、阻碍农村经济快速发展的关键因素,抓住新农村建设的大好机遇,加快农业物流人才开发,促进农业物流"第三利润"的充分实现,既是新农村建设不可忽视的重要问题,又是增加农民收入、加快新农村建设的客观要求。At present, China＇s shortage of logistics talents greatly prevents its agricultural products from circulating effectively and thus slows down the development of rural economy. Therefore, seizing the opportunities during establishing new countryside, speeding up the development of logistics talents and realizing ＂the third profit ＂ in agricultural logistics, which remain a key issue in establishing new countryside, can both increase farmers＂ income and promote the development of agriculture.
