摘　　要：本文对三维检测技术做了简要的介绍,给出了迈克耳逊干涉仪、电子散斑干涉法(ESPI/DSPI)、三角检测法的检测原理,同时对三维轮廓检测技术做了深入的研究。In this paper,three-dimensional detection technology is brief introduced,and the detection principle of Michelson interferometer,electronic speckle pattern interferometry（ESPI / DSPI）,trianglar test method are given.Moreover,an indepth research of three-dimensional contour detection technology is worked.
