摘　　要：公立医院的公益性重新得到重视,新医改方案也从多方面给予政策支持。从宏观层面分析当前公立医院面临的困扰,并提出加强公立医院公益性建设的实现途径。This article analyzed the puzzle that the public hospitals are facing at present from the macroscopic angle. It further proposed the ways of intensifying the public welfare quality construction for public hospitals.nature management
