摘　　要：临床路径目前已成为一种有效的医院质量管理工具和对疾病诊疗的评估标准。实施临床路径是提高医院经营效益的切实有效的措施之一。它不仅可以规范诊疗过程,减少一些不必要、不合理的诊疗行为;而且还可以缩短平均住院日,提高医疗质量和工作效率,促进医疗资源的有效利用。临床路径的实施符合当前卫生改革要求,是完善公立医院运行体制的重要举措。Clinical pathways have become an effective tool of hospital quality management and an evaluation standard of the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Carrying out clinical pathways is one of the effective methods of improving the economical results in hospital management. It could not only standardize the processes of medical practice and decrease unnecessary and unreasonable behavior in diagnosis and treatment, but also reduce the average hospital stay, improve the efficiency and quality of medical care and promote the effective utilization of medical resources. Carrying out clinical pathways is consistent with the basic requirements of the present health reform and development, is also one of the important methods to improve the management system of the public hospitals.
