摘 要:论述影响专科医师规范化培训质量的主要因素及因素之间的关系,并提出了针对这些影响因素的对策。主要是:(1)建立全国统一的管理和考核机构;(2)建立奖励和制约培训基地的机制;(3)建立奖励和制约指导教师的机制。指导教师是保证专科医师规范化培训质量最为重要的因素,而政府的各种配套措施是吸引和稳定指导教师工作的基础。因此,实行严格的指导教师准入制并给予较高的待遇是确保专科医师规范化培训质量的关键措施。The article discussed the main factors influencing the quality of standardized specialist training and the inter- relationship among them. The author suggested that measures should be taken to address those factors, they are: 1 ) to establish a national agency responsible for the management and assessment of the training; 2) to set up a mechanism to supervise the training bases ; 3 ) to build a mechanism of rewarding and restricting the instructors. Instructors play a key role in ensuring the quality of standardized specialist training and the necessary supporting policies of the government are the basis for both attracting the instructors and stabilizing their job. Therefore, it is the key measure to have a strict certification and higher salary for the instructors to guarantee the quality of standardized specialist training.
