摘　　要：近年来,医学影像学的信息化也随着计算机及网络技术的进步在医院得到了广泛的应用。医院在建设PACS的过程中,最值得关注的应该是系统的前期规划与选择、系统方案的设计和系统集成应遵从的标准等方面的问题,该文中的一些观点可供同行参考。In recent years, the informatization of medical radiology has been developed along with the development of computer and internct technology. The key problems in the development of picture archiving ＆ communication system （PACS） for hospitals are pre - construction planning and choice, the design of the system and the criteria for system integration. The paper discussed the problems and made some proposals.
