摘  要:目的:研究转移蛋白-Mts1在部分背根神经切断小鼠脊髓内的时空表达及意义。方法:复制成年小鼠单侧L4、L5背根神经切断模型,术后1周取脊髓制作14μm厚冰冻切片,采用组织学和免疫组织化学技术,检测Mts1在正常以及部分背根神经切断小鼠脊髓内的时空表达情况。结果:正常小鼠脊髓内,Mts1免疫阳性反应细胞主要分布在Lissauer束(后外侧束)。部分背根神经切断1周后,小鼠脊髓手术侧背索内星形胶质细胞表达Mts1明显增加,同时损伤侧GFAP免疫反应也增强。结论:Mts1很可能在神经损伤修复中起重要作用。Objective:To explore the changes of Mtsl expression in mouse spinal cord after dorsal root (L4, L5 ) rhizotomy. Methods:Adult mice underwent unilateral dorsal root (L4, L5) rhizotomy. All the animals were sacrificed at day 7 after the operation, and the L4 -L5 spinal segments were taken and sectioned into slices of 14 μm in thickness. The sections were stained with immunohistochemical method, and then examined and photographed to measure the expression of Mts-1. Results: Mts-1 mainly located in Lissauer ramulus (back and lateral ramulus). At 1 week at operation, Mts-1 and GFAP expression was increased obviously in astrocytes in the dorsal funiculus on the side of operation. Conclusion: Mtsl might play a key role in nerve injury and repair.
