摘　　要：目的:探讨切开复位内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法:对64例Pilon骨折的临床资料进行回顾分析。用切开复位内固定术等治疗后进行统计、分析得出显效、有效和无效的例数,计算出显效率、有效率和无效率。结果:64例均获随访,时间10～36个月,按Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统评定总有效率82.8%。结论:适宜的手术时机、正确的软组织处理、良好的复位与内固定技术、早期的康复锻炼是Pilon骨折治疗取得良好效果的保证。Objective：To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation in treating shinbone Pilon fractures. Methods： A retrospective analysis was performed in 64 patients with shinbone Pilon fractures, who were treated with open reduction and Kirscher wire fixation. Clinical effect was observed after treatment. Results： All patients were followed up for 10 months to 36 months. The total effect rate was 82.8% according to Mazur standard. Conclusion： proper operation time, exact disposal of parenchyma, favorable technology of reduction and internal fixation and early functional exercise are helpful for shinbone Pilon fractures.
