摘  要:研究了微量Sc、Ti对商业纯Al微结构和室温拉伸性能的影响。发现Sc、Ti联合添加能显著细化纯Al晶粒尺寸,而且细化效果随Ti含量增加而增加。Al-Sc-Ti合金拉伸性能的改善主要与次生Al3(Sc,Ti)沉淀有关,而与晶粒尺寸关系不大。尽管Ti含量增加能适当提高合金的热稳定性和屈服强度,但会导致最大抗拉强度和应变硬化强度降低。The effects of trace Sc and Ti on the microstructure and room-temperature tensile property of commercial pure Al were investigated. It is found that the joint addition of Sc and Ti can refine the grain size of pure Al markedly; and the extent of refinement increases with the increase of Ti content. The improvement of tensile properties of Al-Sc-Ti alloys is mainly associated with the secondary Al3 (Sc, Ti) precipitation, and independent of the grain size. Although the increase of Ti concent can increase the thermal stability and yield strength, it decreases the maximum of tensile strength and strain-hardening strength.
