摘 要:由于连铸过程的强非线性、参数时变、大滞后等综合复杂特性增加了二冷建模和控制的难度,针对这一难点,提出了基于案例推理技术的二冷水量在线动态控制方法。以生产厂小方坯连铸机为研究对象,比较了采用不同的二冷水控制方法时控制效果的差异,其仿真计算来源于经过生产验证的热传输数学模型。结果表明,具有案例推理技术的二冷水量控制效果优于模型法,证明了所提出的二冷智能配水方法的有效性。Some complex characteristics increased the difficulty of modeling and control for the secondary cooling in continuous casting process such as the large non-leaner, time-varying parameters and large time delay. In order to overcome the problems, on-line control method to secondary cooling zone was presented based on case-based reasoning technology. The controlling effects were compared with different methods to secondary cooling water in the billet continuous caster from plants, in which heat transfer model verified by practical production was used to simulate continuous casting process. The results show that the control effects of the case-based reasoning method is greatly superior to that of experiment model, verifying the effectiveness of the case-based reasoning model.
