摘  要:影响模样表面粗糙度的主要因素有残余发泡剂含量、水含量等。延长预发珠粒干燥时间、延长成形蒸气时间、提高蒸气压力、缩短水冷却时间,均可以减小模样水含量,得到光滑的模样表面。但干燥时间过长,发泡成形压力过高,通蒸气时间过长,水冷却时间过短,又会导致珠粒萎缩,模样表面塌陷形成皱纹,导致模样表面粗糙。Residual foaming agent content and water content are the dominant factors influencing surface roughness of the pattern. Through extending drying time of bead and forming steam time, increasing steam pressure as well as decreasing water cooling time, water content in the pattern can be dropped, and pattern with smooth surface can be observed. However, bead is collapsed with excessive drying time and steaming time and excessive short water cooling time as well as excessive high foaming pressure, resulting in the increase of surface roughness due to the formation of wrinkle as a result of surface collapse of pattern.
