摘　　要：早期检测易损斑块对于急性冠脉综合征的防治有重要意义。血管内超声是检测易损斑块的重要方法,有着独特优势。本文就血管内超声及其衍生技术检测易损斑块的基本原理和研究进展作一综述。Early detection of vulnerable plaque is important for prevention and treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Intravascular ultrasound is an important method in detecting vulnerable plaque which has unique advantages. This article reviews the basic principles and research progresses in detecting vulnerable plaque by intravascular ultrasound and derivative techniques.
