摘 要:目的:建立制备猪硫酸软骨素的最佳实验方案.方法:以稀碱-浓盐法制备猪硫酸软骨素,用红外光谱法和咔唑分光光度法鉴定猪硫酸软骨素的含量和结构.结果:对自制猪硫酸软骨素和商品硫酸软骨素进行红外吸收光谱比较分析发现,其特征吸收峰均在3400,1620,1560,1240,860cm-1处.自制猪硫酸软骨素质量浓度在0.00~0.25g/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=7),加样回收率为99.48%,RSD=0.73%.结论:本法简单、快速,结果准确,可作为制备猪硫酸软骨素和检测含量的方法.AIM: To improve the preparing method of pig sulfuric acid ehondroitin. METHODS: The thin alkali-thick salt method was modified to prepare pig sulfuric acid chondroitin. And then the infrared spectrometry and the earbazole speetrophotometric method were used to measure the quantity and structure of pig sulfuric acid chondroitin. RESULTS: The homemade pig sulfuric acid chondroitin and the commercial pure sulfuric acid chondroitin were compared using infrared absorption spectrum. It showed that both of them had the peak of absorption at 3400, 1620, 1560, 1240 and 860 cm^-1. The mass chroma of homemade pig sulfuric acid chondroitin was in range of 0.00-0.25 g/L. The correlation coefficient r was 0. 9998 ( n = 7 ). The returns-ratio was 99.48% and RSD was 0.73%. CONCLUSION: The modified method is much simple and fast. The result is accurate. It is indicated that it could be used as the one of the preparation methods of pig sulfuric acid chondroitin.
