摘　　要：目的:探讨促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,对46例胰腺癌组织中GnRH的表达进行相关性研究,其中高分化胰腺癌20例,中分化胰腺癌16例,低分化胰腺癌10例.结果:GnRH定位于胰腺癌细胞的胞膜和胞质,在高分化癌中的阳性表达率为78.55%,明显高于中分化癌59.31%的阳性率(P<0.01)和低分化癌50%的阳性率(P<0.01);显示在胰腺癌中GnRH的表达强度随着组织分化程度增高而增高.结论:GnRH的表达与胰腺癌的恶性程度有关,GnRH可能参与了胰腺恶性肿瘤的发生与发展.AIM： To explore the immunohistochemical expression and clinical significance of GnRH in pancreatic cancer. METHODS： GnRH was detected in 46 pancreatic cancer tissues by immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase （ SP ） method, including 20 cases of highly differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues, 16 cases of moderately differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues, and 10 cases of poorly differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues. RESULTS： GnRH is located in membrance and cytoplasm of pancreatic cancer cells. The expression rate of GnRH in highly differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues is 78. 55%, higher than that in moderately （59.31% ） and poorly differentiated （50%） pancreatic cancer tissues, which shows that the more difference of pancreatic cancer, the higher expression of GnRH. CONCLUSION： The expression levels of GnRH are related with the malignant degree of pancreatic cancer, and GnRH may be involved in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.
