摘 要:目的探讨超声造影肝实质时间-强度曲线评价大鼠肝纤维化的价值。方法应用四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝纤维化。经尾静脉团注超声造影剂,分析肝实质时间-强度曲线及其参数与C-Ⅳ、LN免疫组化染色阳性反应面积百分比的相关性。结果S3期、S4期肝实质时间-强度曲线峰值强度及下降斜率较对照组、S1期、S2期降低,峰值强度、下降斜率与C-Ⅳ、LN免疫组化染色阳性反应面积百分比呈负相关。结论肝纤维化超声造影肝实质时间-强度曲线的变化可能与肝窦毛细血管化、肝内分流形成等肝内血流动力学改变有关,超声造影对于评价肝纤维化有一定价值。Objective To evaluate rat liver fibrosis by using the time-intensity curve of liver parenchyrna with contrast enhanced sonography. Methods Carbon tetrachloride was used to induce liver fibrosis. Ultrasound contrast agent was injected in boluses through tail vein. Then the time-intensity curve of liver parenchyrna was ana lyzed. Correlative analysis was performed between the parameters of the time-intensity curve and the percentage of im- rnunohistochemistry staining positive area of C-Ⅳ and LN. Results The peak intensity and the descending rate were lower in S3 and S4 stage than those in the control group, S1 and S2 stage. The peak intensity and descending rate were negatively correlated with the percentage of and LN. Conclusions The changing of the time-intensity curve of liver parenchyma in liver fibrosis may be correlated with the changing of intrahepatic circulation such as hepatic sinusoidal capillariztion and intrahepatic shunts. It has certain value in diagnosing liver fibrosis with contrast enhanced sonography.
