腮腺内鳃裂囊肿的超声诊断

摘　　要：目的研究腮腺内鳃裂囊肿的声像图特点,探讨超声在此疾病中的诊断价值。方法对39例经手术病理确诊的腮腺内鳃裂囊肿患者的声像图资料进行综合分析。结果根据腮腺内鳃裂囊肿内部回声的不同分为3种类型:囊性回声型、混合回声型、实性低回声型。其中超声提示正确28例,占71.8%;误诊11例,占28.2%。结论超声检查在此病的诊断过程中起着重要作用。同时,应提高对混合回声型及实性低回声型腮腺内鳃裂囊肿的认识,以提高超声对这2种类型的提示正确率。Objective To study the sonogram characteristics of branchial cyst in parotid and to probe the value of ultrasound diagnosis of the disease. Methods The sonogram in 39 cases with branchial cyst in parotid was analysed and compared with pathology. Results According to sonogram characteristics, 3 types were formed： type 1 with cystic echoes, type 2 with blended echoes, type 3 with hypoecho. 28 cases （71.8%） were diagnosed correctly by ultrasonograpy. 11 cases （28.2%） were diagnosed wrongly. Conclusions Ultrasound plays an important role in the di- agnosis of branchial cyst in parotid. Meanwhile, the knowledge of the two types, blended echoes and hypoecho type, should be impoved.
