摘　　要：目的:研究鼻型NK/T恶性淋巴瘤的增生活性.方法:应用免疫组织化学EnVision法研究31例鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤和12例鼻咽黏膜反应性病变的增生活性,并统计分析Ki67标记指数(Ki67LI).结果:免疫表型分析支持31例鼻型NK/T恶性淋巴瘤的诊断.31例NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的平均Ki67LI为0.37±0.03,12例反应性病变为0.07±0.02,两组间有差异显著(P<0.01?.若将31例NK/T细胞淋巴瘤按高于或低于平均Ki67LI分为2组,则高于平均Ki67LI者19例,占61%;低于平均Ki67LI者12例,占39%.将低于平均Ki67LI的12例NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(0.2±0.02)与12例反应性病变相比(0.07±0.02)相比,也有统计学差异(P<0.001?.结论:鼻型NK/T恶性淋巴瘤是一种增生活性异质性明显的恶性肿瘤.Ki67LI有助于鼻型NK/T恶性淋巴瘤的诊断.AIM：To investigate the proliferative activity of nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma.METHODS：The proliferative activity of 31 cancer cases and 12 nasal reactive lesions was detected by Ki67 labeling index（Ki67 LI）and analyzed by statistic software.RESULTS：The diagnosis of nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma in all 31 cases was further confirmed by immunophenotypic analysis.Ki67 LI in 31 cases of the tumor was 0.37±0.03 and in nasal reactive lesions was 0.07±0.02.Statistically,there was a significant difference between the 2 groups（P〈0.001﹚.If 31 cases of the tumor were divided into the 2 groups,i.e.high and low proliferative ones,based on the mean value of Ki67 LI,19 cases（61.3%）showed higher Ki67 LI and 12 cases（38.7%）showed lower Ki67 LI.Importantly,Ki67 LI in the low proliferative group was still significantly higher than that of nasal reactive lesions（P〈0.001﹚.CONCLUSION：Nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma was a kind of malignant tumor with obviously heterogeneous proliferation.Ki67 LI was useful in a pathol.ogical diagnosis of nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma.
