从24h心率变异性不同频段提取关联维数的初步研究

摘  要:目的从24h心率变异性(HRV)的不同频段内提取关联维数(CD)进行分析,探讨该非线性指标包含的信息主要集中在哪个频段,进而对冠心病病人和健康人的数据进行研究。方法30例冠心病病人,其中男性16例,女性14例;年龄35~60岁,平均年龄51.3岁。24hHRV数据来自中国中医研究院望京医院。30例健康人,其中男性13例,女性17例;年龄33~62岁,平均年龄53.5岁。24hHRV数据来自MIT-BIH数据库。首先将24hHRV按照时间分成4段,从每段数据中提取CD;然后利用小波变换的分解和重构技术把24hHRV数据分成不同的频段,在不同频段内采用类似的方法分别提取4段时间数据的CD,将所得结果进行比较。结果在极低频段中提取的CD与小波分解前即全频段提取的CD具有较高的相似性;将冠心病病人与健康人在极低频段提取的CD进行比较,发现在下午时段,健康人CD的平均值大于冠心病病人。结论24hHRV的CD所反映的非线性信息主要包含在极低频段中;与冠心病病人相比,健康人在下午时段心血管系统的活动可能更复杂,对外界刺激的适应能力更强一些。该结论尚需进一步的研究结果加以支持。Objective To extract and analyze correlation dimension(CD)from different frequency domains of 24 hours heart rate variability(HRV),and explore the frequency domain in which containing the non-linear information reflected by CD,the data from coronary heart disease(CHD)patient and healthy control for further study.Methods Two groups including CHD patients,male 16,female 14,aged 35-60 years,mean age 51.3 years and healthy controls,male 13,female 17,aged 33-62 years,mean age 53.5 years were enrolled.Divided 24 hours HRV into 4 sections according to time scale,and calculate CD of each section.The 24 hours HRV was decomposed and reconstructed in different frequency domains,and CD was respectively extracted from 4 sections in different domains.Results The CD extracted from the whole 24 hours HRV was similar to that obtained from 24 hours HRV in very low frequency(VLF)domain.Compared the results in VLF from CHD group and healthy control group,it was showed that during the third time section the average CD value was a bit higher in healthy group.Conclusion Non-linear information reflected by CD in 24 hours HRV is mostly contained in VLF domain.Compared with CHD patient,the complexity is a bit higher in cardiovascular system of healthy control in the afternoon,and probably has a better adaptable ability to outside environment.Further study and statistic analysis is needed to support the conclusion.
