摘  要:通过硬度测量和TEM分析的方法研究了电场对2E12铝合金时效硬化曲线和微观组织的影响。采用硬度测试作出2E12铝合金的时效硬化曲线,并用透射电镜检测其微观组织。时效硬化曲线分析显示:电场可使到达时效峰值的时间提前,但是电场也会使时效的硬度峰值降低。透射电镜测试显示:电场时效后T相变小,并且S′相更加细小。电场降低了时效激活能使到达时效峰值硬度的时间减少。正电场降低了S′相的形核功,促进S′相的形核,并且S′相更加细小,说明电场一方面能够促进S′相的形核,另一方面也能抑制其长大和粗化。Influence of electric field on the age hardening curve and microstructure of 2E12 aluminum alloy have been investigated by means of hardness-test and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The analyses of age hardening curve showed that the electric field can reduce the time for the 2E12 alloy to reach the aging hardness peak,however,the peak of the hardness was decreased.The TEM results showed that the S′ phase(Al2CuMg) particles and T phase(Al20Cu2Mn3) particles were smaller after electric field aging.The reducing of the time for the 2E12 alloy to reach the hardness peak is because the activation energy of the aging process is decreased by the electric field.The nucleation of the new S′ phase is accelerated because of the decreasing of the nuclation energy of S′ phase by the electric field,meanwhile the coarsening of the S′ is retarded by the electric field during aging process.
