摘 要:以钨酸钠、盐酸为原料,通过离子交换-水热途径合成了WO3纳米棒簇。X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征结果表明:合成产物为均匀分布六方相WO3纳米棒簇(由直径约20nm,平均长度约150nm的纳米棒堆成)。气敏性能测试结果表明,采用本实验方法合成出的WO3纳米棒簇气敏元件工作温度低,且对丙酮、三甲胺具有很高的灵敏度和很好的响应恢复时间,显示出该材料较好的应用前景。WO3 nanorod clusters were synthesized by the approach of ion exchange-hydrothermal,using Na2WO4·2H2O and HCl as raw materials.The as-synthesized products were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometry(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The characteristics indicated that the as-synthesized products were WO3 nanorod clusters with a hexagonal structure,which was piled by the nanorods with the diameter of about 20nm and average length of 150nm.The gas-sensitivity tests showed that the gas sensors based on WO3 nanorod clusters have a high sensitivity and selectivity to both TAM and acetone under lower working temperatures.These gas sensors also have a short response and recovery time.Thus these as-synthesized WO3 nanorod clusters can be used as a promising material.
