民间非营利体育组织发展要素探索性因素分析——以福建业余足球联盟为例

摘　　要：应用SPSS 13.0中的探索性因素分析法,以福建业余足球联盟为例,探讨了民间非营利体育组织发展的要素.研究表明:"保障要素"、"管理要素"、"引导要素"、"监督要素"、"动力要素"是联盟发展的5大要素;其中动力是基础,保障是必要条件,管理是关键手段,引导是组织文化,监督是公正力量.通过该课题的研究,能为民间非营利体育组织的发展提供理论指导.With the aim to unveil factors influencing non-governmental non-profit sports associations,an exploratory factor analysis as of SPSS 13.0 has been conducted herein on Fujian Amateur Football Society.It is the revelations of the present study that the foremost five factors are assurance,management,development,supervision,and motivation,and that assurance is the necessary factor,management is the key factor,development means culture and organization,supervision equals justice,and motivation comes as the base.Hopefully,this paper may provide theoretical guidance for the development of non-governmental non-profit sports institutions.
