艾灸联合手法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸联合手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机、前瞻性对照研究2007年1月至2008年6月,第二军医大学附属长海医院院收治的60例膝骨性关节炎的病例,对治疗疗效、疼痛、关节屈伸度、关节稳定度与上下楼梯分值进行评估。结果参照lysholm等的评估标准,治疗组优良率为93.3%,保守治疗组优良率73.30%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组疼痛、关节屈伸度、关节稳定度与上下楼梯分值进行比较,在疼痛与关节稳定度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸配合手法治疗的中西医结合康复治疗方案能有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善关节稳定性,提高疗效。Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of moxibustion combined with manipulationtherapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods In this random, perspective study from January 2007 to June 2008, 60 patients were treated in these hospitals with knee osteoarthritis, and the efficacy criteria of treatment, such as pain, joint flexion/extension, joint stability, and ability of going up- and down-stairs were assessed and scored. Results Based on Lysholm assessment criteria, the excellent rate of clinical efficacy scored 93.3 % in the treatment group, significantly higher than the rate of 73.30% in the conservative treatment group （the control group） （P 〈0.05 ）. The scores of pain, joint flexion/extension, joint stability, and ability of going up- and down-stairs were compared, and significant better results were found in the treatment group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Moxibustion treatment combined with the traditional Chinese programs is an effective method of therapy for knee osteoarthritis in easing pain, and enhancing the effectiveness of treatment.
