68例住院精神病人跌倒原因调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]通过对我院住院精神病人跌倒的原因调查分析,探索有效防范住院病人意外跌倒的对策。[方法]回顾性分析2006年10月—2008年10月我院68例病人跌倒的资料。[结果]住院病人跌倒发生率为1.14%,年龄为22岁～83岁(51.9岁±16.1岁),跌倒由环境、护理、疾病、药物、心理、下床方式等因素所致。[结论]应加强精神病住院病人跌倒高危因素的评估,加大护理安全管理力度,最大限度地降低住院病人跌倒的发生率;创造安全、舒适的住院环境,是减少跌倒和提高护理质量的重要保证;控制危险因素是预防病人跌倒的根本措施。Objective：To probe into effective preventive measures for acciden- tal falls of inpatients with mental illness through investigating and analyzing causes of fall - down of mental illness inpatients in our hospital. Methods： Data of 68 cases of mental illness inpatients developed fall - down from October 2006 to October 2008 in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively. Results：The incidence of fall -down of inpatients was 1.14 %, and their age was ranged from 22 to 83 years old （51.9±16.1 years）. Fall -down of inpatients was caused by the environment, nursing, illness, drug, psychology, ways to get off bed and other factors. Conclusion：One should strengthen the assessment of risk factors for mental illness inpatient fall-down,increase the nursing safety management,and reduce the incidence of fall - down of inpatients in utmost. To create a safe and comfortable environment for inpatients is an important guarantee to reduce fall - down of inpatients and to enhance nursing quality. To control risk factors is fundamental measures to prevent patients from fall-down.
