摘 要:将切割后的抽余油经脱硫处理后作为原料,采用金属型加氢催化剂,制备出了生产聚乙烯催化剂所用的稀释剂。结果表明,在压力为2.0 MPa,液体空速为1.5 h-1,氢气/原料油(体积比)为100,起始反应入口温度为160℃的加氢条件下,催化剂经过1 000 h的运行,稀释剂芳烃含量小于10μg/g。聚合评价结果表明,所制备的稀释剂用于生产聚乙烯时,其催化效率和产物性能与进口稀释剂相当,完全可以满足聚乙烯生产需要。A qualified alkane diluent was prepared by aromatics saturation using a metal hydrogenation catalyst and with desulfurization raffinate oil as feed- stock. The result showed that the aromatic content of the production oil was less than 10 μg/g under the hydrogenation conditions of pressure 2.0 MPa,liquid space velocity 1.5 h^-1 , volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 100,initial inlet temperature 160 ℃ for 1 000 h. The results of polymerization evaluation test indica-ted that when the prepared diluent was used in the catalyst system of ethylene polymerization, the catalyst efficiency and the properties of the product poly- ethylene were similar to those with the imported diluent,implying that the prepared diluene could completely meet the requirements of polyethylene production.
